Shift Manager Maintenance (f/m/d/x)

As a layer management maintenance (w/m/d/x), you monitor the maintenance work and ensure the optimal support within your layer. You integrate your team members effectively, motivate and coach them. In cooperation with the maintenance management team, you support the further development of the warehouse maintenance roadmap and set the standard for operational efficiency at our Barleben site at Magdeburg. You monitor maintenance-related processes, including maintenance of automation and manufacturing systems You motivate and inspire your team and create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to give feedback and advance changes from the inside You enter the service providers and facilitate the planned and unplanned repairs You make sure the maintenance rules are complied with You identify problems and bring ideas to improve

You bring at least 2 years of experience in the maintenance of automated conveyor systems, preferably from the food/drinks/e-commerce/finished goods/distribution industries You have a successfully completed training (mechanics, electrical or automation technology) or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience You have a strong communication capability You have experience in leading teams You work independently, structured and conscientious You bring an enthusiasm for work in a start-up environment and feel comfortable in an environment that quickly develops You bring willingness to shiftwork
