Portfolio Risk Analyst (m/f/d)

You monitor, analyze and evaluate trading positions, market prices and risk indicators, and thus ensure effective trading control. You opt for the remaining structures at the entire portfolio level and work closely with sales and production. You support the structuring and evaluation of procurement and sales portfolios and thus actively contribute to portfolio management. You conduct economic analysis, scenarios and stress and sensitivity tests for partial and total portfolios. You ensure compliance with risk specifications, limits and compliance requirements and develop control tools and reports.

You have a completed (special)high school study of energy, business, economy, mathematics, statistics, engineering or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have professional experience in energy trading, portfolio management or trading controlling. You have a very good understanding of energy spot and date markets, including Price-Forward-Curves. You have a high level of analytical competence and enjoy dealing with numbers and complex data. You have experience with trading and risk management systems (ETRM). You are sure to go with MS Office and ideally bring knowledge of Power BI, SQL or Python. You have profound English skills. Analytical, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, a high sense of responsibility, a fast decision-making ability and a good communication skills are what distinguishes you.
