Quality Engineer Plastic / Packaging (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Implementation and coordination of samples according to VDA and PPAP guidelines for customers
• Processing of customer and internal complaints including Cause Analysis and Introduction of Corrective Measures
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes by statistical evaluations and error analyses
• Further development and maintenance of the quality management system according to IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements
• Development and implementation of test and measurement strategies to ensure product quality

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Complete technical or university studies in the field of mechanical engineering, plastics, quality management, etc.
• Knowledge of quality methods (e.g. 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Experience with VDA and PPAP processes as well as handling OEM requirements
• Safe handling of quality management standards, especially IATF 16949
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
