Your tasks with our customer:

• You are contact person m/w/d for customer questions by e-mail, phone and chat
• Recognizing customer needs
• Support for issues related to online banking, payment and other topics
• Customers' enthusiasm on the phone to contribute customer satisfaction
• General commercial tasks such as post-in and exit processing also belong to your area of responsibility
