Preparation and monitoring of certifications & audits (IFS, customer audits) and implementation of internal audits Care and further development of the factory-internal quality management system as an IFS representative of the site Coordination, implementation and evaluation of quality checks Processing of complaints Ensuring appropriate cleaning requirements and implementation of hygiene procedures Compilation of evaluations and reports on all quality issues, deriving potential for improvement and reviewing the effectiveness of the measures Responsible for training on all relevant QS topics Promoting food safety and quality culture at the site Conducting, designing, evaluating and developing staff

Complete study in the field of food technology or comparable fields and related fields, or food technician with additional vocational training as baker/baker master Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance of a food-producing company, incl. Experience in personnel management Extensive knowledge IFS Food, HACCP, hygiene and relevant food law Experience in microbiology Understanding the processes of bakery Close to practice as well as independent action and independent work English knowledge Good MS Office and SAP Knowledge Engagement and a strong communication personality complete their profile

An attractive monthly remuneration between 6,000 - 6,100 €/brutto according to the collective agreement of the German bread and bakery industry plus Annual special allowance.
