Sub-project management of civil engineering (m/f/d)

responsible specialist project management of all construction works and performance phases in high, low, (steel) concrete, channel, road and earth construction during the new construction of converter stations (Turnkey projects) Control of external service providers in the context of the subproject management “Bautechnik” Expert and central specialist contact partners on engineering issues within the framework of project implementation/ internal product responsibility Development of technical standards Creation and updating of technical specifications and technical tender documents for turnkey projects and preparatory measures Examination and creation of planning and project planning documents and management of document management Takeover of the building management to monitor quality, dates and support of the overall project management to comply with the costs of turnkey projects

completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification multiannual, well-founded professional experience, ideally in the construction of converter stations or in the field of the construction of high-voltage switchgears Many years of experience in the implementation and management of GU projects in this field are desirable Experiences in the support of Turnkey projects/construction sites and leadership of a part-project team including external service providers Knowledge of the common engineering regulations secure application of common IT systems (MS Office, iTWO, document management systems) Teamability with high operational readiness and independent, targeted working, professional expression and clear communication Car driver's license including readiness to travel also to multi-day service trips
