Professional and disciplinary leadership of the global IT infrastructure team Ensuring a modern IT infrastructure and future-proof design of IT systems as well as further development of IT infrastructure in particular with regard to availability, cost efficiency and IT Security Definition of global system, hardware and process standards Ensuring and managing the harmonisation of IT infrastructure to global standards Ensuring current disaster recovery plans for the main systems of the SAF-HOLLAND Group and an interruption-free operation of the IT infrastructure Development and introduction of innovation Implementation of the cloud strategy taking into account technical dependencies and costs Management of IT service providers

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study with corresponding additional qualification or successfully completed vocational training in the IT field with long-term and relevant professional experience with appropriate certifications Mind. 5 years of professional experience as a team manager (m/w/d) 10 years of professional experience in the IT infrastructure environment (servers, virtualization, operating systems, networks, hyperscaler) Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaS, PaaS and M365 Very good knowledge of providing and operating services in the Microsoft Cloud environment, Active Directory and virtualization with VMWare Outstanding knowledge in IT Security Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Leadership, team skills and communication skills High level of self-initiative and operational readiness and organisational capacity Analytical strong, at the same time solution-oriented, high-reaction and independent operation
