As Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the distribution of standard products, ICT solutions and convergent TK solutions to business customers in stock, as well as to new customers (acquisition) in a dedicated sales area. You are responsible for the sales and achievement responsibility for the assigned sales area. You ensure a high presence, effective support and binding to Vodafone in the respective area. you analyze the sales area and qualify customer contacts; analyzes and acquires new customer potentials and exploits the existing customer potential; reduces the churn rate.
