HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

You carry out the monthly pay bill for a defined group of employees. As HR Payroll Specialist (m/w/d), you are the central contact person for our colleagues on all questions about employee processes and issues related to accounting. You are also responsible for personnel administration, over the entire employee lifecycle – from the creation of work contracts to the care of employee master files and documents to the monitoring of exit processes. You will help shape HR projects and processes with a view to continuous further development, digitalization and sustainability.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, desirable as a tax specialist, wage and salary accountant or personal businessman (m/w/d). You have already successfully used your skills in a comparable position and can at best present at least five years of experience in this area. In the areas of wage tax, social security and labour law, you have well-founded expertise. Team skills, self-initiative, the will for further education and training as well as your strong service relevance for the employees round off your profile.
