Personal and technical-organizational management of the field of training Ordinariat and facilities with 19 training places as well as internships for all vocational trainers in administration and education Staff selection for the fields of education Administration and dual studies Care and counselling of trainees, trainees and managers in pedagogical and technical questions further development of training and internship processes incl. Quality assurance Creating and updating the learning objectives and operational training plans Organisation of training in the training professions and the establishment of employment offices Planning and implementation of internal training, e.g. introduction event Perceiving the function as an instructor:in the profession Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement.

completed university studies in the field of economics, socials or administration (Bachelor/Dipl.-FH) with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification, e.g., personnel specialist, and relevant professional experience Training examination (AdA) and knowledge of labour and collective bargaining Experience in the organisation of operational training Joy in working with different age and target groups committed operation and safe, binding occurrence pedagogical sensitivity and ability to give positive feedback Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church.
