Your tasks

• Written and telephone advice on credit card requests
• Treatment of complaints
• Maintenance of master data
• Processing of orders
• Search for payment
• Hotline support as required

Your profile

• Professional training or similar qualification
• First professional experience in a similar position
• General experience in customer service
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Team skills and independent, structured and precise work
• Interest in working with various IT systems
