Support of the insolvency administrator in the course of operations and the settlement of insolvent companies Organisation and monitoring of operations, close communication with employees of the debtor company Correspondence with debtors, creditors, banks and other parties to the proceedings Processing of reporting and preparation of the remaining correspondence to the insolvency court

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) , Master of Laws (LL.M.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration or Comparative Degree Ideally professional experience in bankruptcy management Self-employed and structured work Safe handling of Microsoft Office
