Competent extrajudicial and judicial processing of customer complaints as well as customer legal disputes for all coffee partner companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland Telephone and written correspondence with lawyers and customers Coordinate and supervise our externally managed firms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland Pre- and post-processing of legal issues and mandate acts for external legal advisers Communication and correspondence with law firms, authorities and internal specialist departments Processing of dunning and enforcement procedures Time-limit control and document management

Successfully completed vocational training as a lawyer Ideal professional experience in a law firm Understanding legal relationships and routine in dealing with legal documents A systematic, structured and committed way of working independent and professional work also under stress Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Communication strength and team capacity
