The Willich site serves the customers and the sales partners in the German market. In addition, more than half of the employees at the site carry out the FRAISA ReTool® industrial tool preparation. Financial accounting Own processing of debitor and creditor accounting with a focus on debitors Creation and control of dunning and communication with customers (written/telephone) Examination, confirmation and booking of invoices Account clarification and account voting (debitors/creditors) and intercompany voting Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts settlement of payment transactions and maintenance and continuous optimization of customer master files Creation of reporting, sales tax pre-registrations and business evaluations Examination and settlement of travel costs Controlling & Group Reporting Creation of budget evaluations, key figures and ad hoc analyses Support for Group Reportings and the Creation of Decision Templates

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Mind. 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting (debitors & creditors) Secure handling of ERP systems and financial accounting software (ideally Datev) Good technical understanding and joy in digital solutions Very good MS Office knowledge Structured, reliable and service-oriented operation German fluent, good English skills
