Invoicing clerk (m/f/d)

Collection and testing of cradle notes: You process and collect analogue and digital cradle notes from our gravel works and foreign works in ConWin Auditing and Creation: You check billing documents, collect invoices and credits and forward them to release Delivery notes and price check: You first and calculate shipping tickets, control prices as well as discounts and monitor the services to be invoiced Processing of post-contracting papers: You check for contractor papers and invoices and coordinate the deposit master data management and reporting: You provide accounting-relevant master data, initial evaluations and statistics and support for monthly and annual accounts in the area of Faktura Digitization: You actively participate in the digitization and optimization of the flaws

Commercial training: You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the Faktura: You have experience in invoices or billing and know you with invoice check and delivery certificate Software knowledge: You work safely with MS Office and ideally with ERP systems such as ConWin, IT-Affinity and willingness to work on new programs are desirable Customer and service orientation: You advise customers friendly on the phone and have a sense of their needs Self-employed work: You work structured, conscientious and keep an overview even with high work volume Team capability: You actively contribute to the team, are strong in communication and support colleagues (m/w/d) in digitizing processes
