Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our customers and is responsible for personal, reliable and solution-oriented care. You process customer requests by phone and e-mail and take care of a quick and professional clarification of the concerns. You take over the processing of damages and complaints and accompany our customers competently through the entire clarification process. You coordinate closely with our operating teams, drivers and other interfaces and ensure that jobs and concerns are handled smoothly. You keep an overview of your processes, carefully document relevant information and thus contribute to high service quality and long-term customer relationships.

You have completed a commercial training, ideally in shipping and logistics, bringing comparable professional experience in customer service, forwarding, logistics or damage processing. You work carefully and structured and enjoy self-testing and solution-oriented treatment. You communicate safely and friendly with customers, colleagues and business partners and keep an overview of different interests. You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications and have ideally already worked with logistical or harm-related systems. You are convinced by your service orientation, self-initiative and team skills, and bringing fluent German skills and good English skills.
