Your responsibility lies in the processing and booking of payment inputs and outputs according to the existing process guidelines The booking of receipts in an automated P2P workflow solution as well as the creation of creditor counts and the booking of assets, rents, cash registers and travel expenses is part of your task Your analytical skills make you an expert in assessing documents regarding their USt relevance, in close coordination with Finance You actively support the creditor installation process and validate important master data The entire P2P workflow is in your hand, especially in the selection of specialist accounts and cost allocation in the ordering process Your communication is in demand when it comes to monitoring open creditor posts and looking for direct exchange with departments and suppliers in case of disagreements You contribute to the successful creditoric intercompany processing with international subsidiaries and sister companies and book provisions For monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual financial statements, you are actively supporting and providing the necessary documents for the auditors In this position you work predominantly hybrid, regular service trips are not required

You have a commercial training and professional experience with the processes in accounting or financial and accounting Your motivated, committed, flexible and communicative personality perfectly complements your hand-on mentality Analytical understanding and conceptual skills combined with a very independent and structured way of working distinguish you You have very good Microsoft Office skills, and a safe handling of Excel is of course for you Good knowledge of German and English (from B2 level) complete your profile
