Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a junior, you will be guided step by step to independent project management and increasingly take responsibility in the Daily Business:

Project coordination & structure: You accompany projects from technical clarification to commissioning. You always keep in mind deadlines, budgets and performances and ensure complete, clean project documentation. Interface communication & customer contact: You are the central link between customers, manufacturers, authorities and internal departments (development, service, manufacturing). You stand in active, factual exchange and coordinate the dates. Sales support & calculation: You support sales in new technical inquiries. You learn to clarify requirements, assess objections realistically and help to cleanly distinguish the technical part of offers. Solution orientation: You grow into the role of the problem solver. In the case of technical target conflicts or delays in the project, you are looking for pragmatic solutions and impacts necessary escalations in time.

Education / Studies: Freshly completed studies or a technician training in the fields of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, energy technology or a comparable qualification. Professional experience & expertise: Absolute career starters and graduates are welcome! Deep expertise in SPS, Beckhoff or SCADA is not a must for the start. It is important that you can read and understand technical plans and programming logics – the specific industry knowledge is taught to you. Personality (The most important): Your character is crucial for this job, which is why we put on a well-founded personality test in the selection process. We are looking for a structured creator personality: You work highly systematically, love order in your projects and keep a cool head even with high timing. You go proactively towards people, are empathic in handling, but in the sense of the project you can also draw clear boundaries and give concrete contrast. Language knowledge: German on C1 level (essential for administrative and internal communication) and good English.
