As an assistance (w/m/d) of the segment management, you act as a support for the leadership in the daily business. Your duties include appointment coordination and monitoring as well as the office organization and tasks in the secretariat area (e.g. mail processing, telephone, e-mail). They ensure the information flows within the area/teams and relevant interfaces, manage confidential employee data and cooperate with the area of personnel. You will also organize meetings and events, and you will be responsible for creating and sending logs.
