Do you want to actively participate in the transformation of our organization towards a user-centred approach and gain practical insights into UX/UI topics? Then we will look for you for the following exciting topics: During the PreMaster program, you support the introduction of a user-centred mindset and promote the awareness of UX and Human-Centered Design. You develop communication strategies to convey the meaning of UX and document best practices for continuous improvement. During the moderation of workshops and training, you help to sensitize employees for user-centric design. In addition, you support our global UX/UI experts in their work and actively participate in the interdisciplinary development of design solutions.

Education: successfully completed bachelor's degree in a relevant area (e.g. design, communication, business management) as well as the firm project to start a master's degree Personality and work: open, communicative, initiative, creative and a real team player; independent, solution-oriented, structured, organized and efficient, as well as a strong sense of good design and attention to detail Experiences and know-how: very good knowledge within MS Office, basic understanding of UX and methods of human-centered design; ideally, you have knowledge of the (post) production of videos as well as a safe handling of video technology and editing programs Languages: very good English knowledge, German knowledge of advantage
