In order to strengthen our team in Nuremberg, we are looking for an assistance | lawyers (m|w|d).

Your duties

• Variety: Supporting our lawyers (m|w|d) in building law by efficient and sovereign organization of the office everyday as well as extensive time-limit management at the site, incl. beA call and shipping
• Organization: careful maintenance of client data as well as on-time creation of all related documents
• Responsibility: Management of the invoice according to RVG, hourly rate and payment receipt, as well as taking over the internal and external department correspondences incl. Mailbox management

Your profile

• successfully completed training for lawyers (m|w|d)
• Professional experience as assistance (m|w|d), preferably in the law firm/professional services environment
• team-oriented and careful working with high discretion and loyalty
