Design and development of a modern residential concept for senior citizens Individual advice of the tenants – personal, social and everyday practice Responsibility for occupancy and rental processes – from reception to extraction Planning and implementation of events, cooperations and public relations Management of a small team and economic management of the area

Qualification in the social, nursing or hotel area – training or study Experience in senior work and good understanding of economic processes Organizational strength, leadership joy and real service understanding Routinized handling of digital tools and MS Office Driving class B and desire to take responsibility and move things
