Continuous further development of the team and department strategy and the technical competence based on the department's performance and competence portfolio in coordination with the department manager Control of performance in the context of the associated projects taking into account the quality and efficiency Consulting and support of the (technical) project management Implementation of a sustainable improvement in quality and efficiency management of the assigned team, including control of the utilisation and disposition of the capacities Planning, coordination and implementation of sales activities in close cooperation with the Sales Team Creation of offers and advice on technical questions Ensuring customer loyalty and customer satisfaction

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a comparable position with leadership responsibility Comprehensive knowledge of software development, preferably in the field of embedded software in the environment Aerospace, Defence & Automotive Industry knowledge and contacts in defence and aerospace environment Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as pronounced communication and team skills Safe appearance and pleasure in working with customers and project partners German and English skills
