Project and Process Coordinator at M-net (m/f/d)

As a regional telecommunications provider, M-net supplies large parts of Bavaria, the Greater Ulm and large parts of the Hessian district of Main-Kinzig with future-proof communication technology. The portfolio is geared to the communication needs of business and private customers and ranges from voice and data services – on a fixed-line and mobile basis – to complex site networking, to the provision of a wide national and international radio and TV/HDTV offering. For our location in Munich, we are looking for a project and process coordinator (m/w/d) as of 01.04.2026. The place is limited by 30.06.2028 as part of a parental leave. The place is to be occupied in 26,5h/week.

Project monitoring and communication (internal and external) Interface coordination for technology, sales, marketing, customer service, IT and press office Process management Monitoring of portals for broadband alerts Demand analyses Reporting and Forecasts (e.g. Reporting as part of broadband expansion) Key Account Manager support Support in the negotiation of contractual conditions and the creation of contract documents Creation of public information documents Planning and implementation of events as well as organisation of advertising material and presentation creation Escalation Management Internal and External Support for smaller infrastructure partners/projects Takeover of other special tasks and participation in internal projects (possibly as part-project manager)

Commercial/technical vocational training or completed studies (technology or business) or comparable Multi-annual professional experience Interest in and basic understanding of broadband technology (FTTX) Remarkable: Telecommunications experience in particular broadband expansion (FTTX) with/without promotion Proactive and solution-oriented action Customer, target- and result-oriented, structured working methods High level of initiative and sense of responsibility Organizational institution Team spirit and team skills Very good office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) SAP experience of advantage Class B valid driving licence
