Project Manager for the Development of Technical Service - Bochum (m/f/d)

Responsibility for cross-departmental key projects in technical service, introduction of extensive experience in strategic planning and implementation Leadership and control of complex initiatives on digitalization, AI and process innovation – from concept phase to sustainable implementation Takeover of projects and overarching activities such as reporting, budget and PMO tasks for management Analysis and optimization of existing processes in the team, designing future-oriented structures and promoting the digital transformation of the organization Central contact person for departments, executives and external partners, active management of project communication and stakeholder management at all levels Preparation of decision templates and presentations for top management, direct participation in the company's strategic orientation

Complete study of economic, engineering or technical sciences or comparable qualification Experience in project and process management, ideally in a technically shaped or immobile environment Embossed strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high communication skills and safe occurrence at management level Deep understanding of complex business processes and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams Ready for occasional missions to actively develop projects and networks Team skills and collegial working
