Installation and commissioning: You are responsible for the installation and commissioning of ZEISS devices in the field of Phako & Vitrectomy at our local customers

Maintenance and repair: performing regular maintenance work as well as diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems on our devices - you ensure that the devices work optimally at any time

Customer training: Customer training and support in the operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and safety

Technical advice: Customer advice on technical questions and support for our sales and application staff

Documentation: Create detailed reports on work carried out, including documentation of technical problems and solutions

Readiness to travel: High readiness for travel within South Germany with a focus on Bavaria (on average 1x overnight stay in the area of use per week is required), the place of residence must be in the area of Magdeburg

Your profile Training/studies: completed technical training and/or studies, ideally in mechatronics, electronics or in a comparable area

Professional experience: at least 3 years of experience in technical service field medical technology

Technical knowledge: sound knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanics as well as experience in handling complex technical devices

Representative IT skills: MS Office and CRM system Knowledge and Windows/ Network/ Administrator knowledge are required

Communication capability: excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues

Problem solving skills: ability to quickly analyze technical problems and develop efficient solutions

Self-employment: high self-initiative and ability to work independently and organized

language knowledge: fluent German knowledge in word and writing; good English skills

Driving licence: valid driving licence of class B
