In-house technician (m/f/d)

You operate and monitor the building systems such as building control, emergency power unit, fire alarm system, sprinkler system etc. You operate and optimise - after an instruction and after a vote - the building control technology You control maintenance and maintenance work, carry out minor repairs yourself and eliminate disturbances You are responsible for a complete documentation of maintenance work and expert examinations You coordinate external service providers:inside and tune their activities with internal processes You take over classic home technology and homemaster activities in the office building, for example small repairs also transportation work Support, operation and adaptation of the electronic locking system You take part in the readiness

You have a completed training, preferably in the area of heating, sanitary, ventilation/air conditioning, or in electrical engineering, and brings several years of experience in maintenance, inspection, repair and commissioning of building technology plants with You are handcrafted and have an independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working You like to work in the team and also have good skills for improvisation You have computer skills in MS Office, especially in Outlook, and want to learn and use new computer programs Experience with building control technology or electronic locking system is desirable, but no basic requirement You are ready to learn and implement new things in the field of home technology You can safely communicate in writing and oral with internal customers and service providers. You also occasionally support maintenance, inspection, repair work or events on weekends Good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
