Project Manager Building Pollutants (m/f/d)

You take over the independent management of projects in the field of building materials – from planning and calculation to successful accounting. You design and monitor rehabilitation and reconstruction measures directly on site and ensure compliance with relevant policies (e.g. TRGS 519). As a specialist:in the first place, you will find pollutant catasters, expert opinions and refurbishment concepts that serve as a sound basis for our customers. You are the central contact person for contracting entities:inside, authorities and after-contractors and tax the entire project communication.

You have a degree in engineering, environmental or chemical engineering, geosciences, natural sciences or a comparable qualification You bring three to five years of experience in project management in one of the areas mentioned with You are team-ready and work independently You have a class B licence and are ready to travel You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You have good IT skills and are safe to use office applications as well as standards, guidelines and rules (such as VDI 4300, VDI 6202, DIN Iso 16000, and TRGS 519, 52, 524 and 551, PCB directive)
