With customer-oriented processing and regulation of damages in the field of technical insurance (machine, electronics, assembly, construction performance insurance) you contribute to the good market reputation of our company. In the internal service, you process material and loss of yields of different magnitudes – from routine cases to complex damage images. You check the facts and the cover, evaluate damage and regulate them in the course of your powers. In the case of regression, you support colleagues in regression. You work closely with underwriting and product management when it comes to technical assessment of risks. In addition, you contribute your expertise to the further development of processes and reporting standards in damage management.

Analytical thinking, negotiation skills and decision-making are among your strengths. You like working in the team as well as with colleagues from different areas and are open to new working methods and IT systems. Self-motivation, good time management as well as flexibility and resilience are also a feature. You have completed a training or study in insurance or in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, in a (building) construction craft or in civil engineering. Depending on the technical background, you bring experience in damage regulation, operation or underwriting of technical insurance. As an alternative, you have more than several years of crafts/construction sites experience and can assess damage images in a professional manner. Very good German skills complete your profile.
