Your tasks - You can look forward to this Plan instructions: You receive the trainees at the station, welcome them and plan the required instructions independently. Accompanying & Developing: You conduct initial and intermediate talks with the trainees if this cannot be done by the practice managers of the station, and You accompany them in practice on two to three stations by designing professional guidance situations. Evaluate performance: You write qualified performance assessments for trainees and discuss them in the course of final discussions. Learning Structure: You create work and learning tasks for the stations, support the trainees in the processing and finally carry out control. Prepare tests: You accompany the management of the training folder, conduct regular discussions on the level of learning and development, support practical sample examinations and tests and act as a specialist examiner in practical instructions, interim tests and practical exams. Promote exchange: You provide all relevant information for training to the colleagues of the station and to the general practitioners and are available to all participants as contact persons.

You have a completed training as a health care provider or nursing specialist (m/w/d) as well as a completed training as a practical manager (m/w/d) You will enjoy working in the team and a binding and responsible supply to our patients, whom we accompany on their way You share our claim to the highest care and medical quality and have pedagogical skills
