Professional and disciplinary leadership and responsibility for financial and accounting Ensuring a reliable, efficient and regular financial organisation Responsibility for corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting as well as further development of this Operational controlling hands-on including analysis of results, costs, margins, working capital and cash flow developments and derivation of action recommendations Creation of management reports, deviation analyses and decision templates for management and relevant corporate interfaces Reporting of IFRS Reporting and Responsibility for Accounting of relevant Questions and Ensuring the Local Final Request according to HGB Identification of potential for improvement and advancement of standardisation, transparency and digitalisation in the financial sector

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics or comparable with the focus on finance, accounting or controlling. You provide several years of professional experience in financial and accounting, controlling or auditing. You have well-founded practical experience in the IFRS-impact corporate environment, ideally also in project-related accounting topics such as POC and leadership experience. You have experience in creating and controlling planning, forecasting, reporting and business analysis. You have very good knowledge of German and English. An analytical and structured way of working as well as a high degree of reliability and team and communication strength complete your profile.
