Griesheim, Hesse

Self-fulfilment of personnel handling for around 500 staff members

Processing of tax and social insurance issues and the handling of entries and exits

Compilation of reports, statistics and certificates (e.g. work certificates)

Monitoring of short-term absences

Support for recurring staff-relevant tasks and insurance-related issues (e.g. tax treatment of accident insurance)

Working with projects and process automation as well as creating standards

A successfully completed training as a tax specialist (m/w/d), personnel, office or comparable specialist

Knowledge of how to use MS Office - especially Excel and Word

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing – good knowledge of English

Experience with a common wage and salary billing program – ideally P&I LOGA

Multiannual professional experience in the processing of personnel and pay

A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach

Teamability, communication strength and a pronounced hands-on mentality
