Your mission as group manager (m/w/d): You are the engine behind an outstanding first impression and a smooth campus experience. With your team, you will ensure that every visitor – whether a student, a lecturer or an external partner – feels welcome and well looked after. You are not only a dedicated team, but you also have the freedom to optimize processes and to introduce innovative ideas.

Your tasks

• Ensuring a smooth and excellent operation of our reception areas at the Heilbronn educational campus
• Leadership, motivation and individual promotion of your team
• Strategic personnel deployment planning for maximum efficiency and satisfaction
• Active co-design and further development of our services and locations
• Continuous optimization of processes to increase service quality

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training, training in hotel or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in reception or reception area as well as proven leadership experience with a sense of team dynamics, motivation and inspiration
• Positive radiation and professional as well as friendly appearance
• Communication strength, joy in dealing with people and sovereign behavior also in challenging situations
• Very good German and good English skills
