Your tasks

More development: You support and accompany the further development of our work. Whether continuing, continuing and continuing training, quality standards or optimising workflows, you have our progress in mind and drive our processes.

Quality management: We place great value on our quality and for that you say. By regularly reviewing the practice according to the GAB procedure, you will ensure our standard.

Cooperation: You support employees and recruitment talks and participate in the acquisition of new employees. You also work closely and reliably with the social space support of child and youth assistance and the public support.

Your profile

Qualification: You have completed an education or study in the field of administration or social work. In addition, you bring professional experience in the field of personnel and quality development.

Engagement: You can inspire yourself to the topics of our institution and implement our further development with expertise, commitment and drive. You are reflected and team-capable to control processes and critically question.

Competition: You have the class B driver's license to reach our decentralised locations. You also have good knowledge of how to use common MS Office programs.
