You continuously observe national and international markets in relation to the product groups relevant to you You conduct sound analyses from your market observations to identify trends and developments at an early stage You evaluate product group-specific ordering requirements and develop economically meaningful product portfolios These product portfolios integrate you specifically into the ARIBA catalog You also recognise the need for group-specific framework agreements, e.g. by compiling order value statistics or price comparisons with recurring demand In addition, you actively participate in specialist working groups to bundle needs – including across the center – and to achieve economic benefits In addition, make sure that the product groups in the EasyBanf procurement system are correctly assigned and, if necessary, make corresponding adjustments In the case of new procurement procedures, you determine the appropriate procurement procedure in compliance with legal requirements In addition, check whether the application of the scientific freedom clause is possible during each operation.

You have a successfully completed three-year vocational training or a comparable qualification You bring good user knowledge to SAP and are able to use the system safely and efficiently in everyday work In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of the legal bases such as the Commercial Code (HGB), the Civil Code (BGB), the Law on Competitiveness Restrictions (GWB), the Sub-selection Regulation (UVgO), the Procurement Regulation (VGV), the ISO 9001 and the Procurement and Contract Rules for Construction Services (VOB) In addition, you have a good understanding of sustainability requirements, in particular as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Furthermore, you have very good knowledge of the relevant standards of your product groups, in particular regarding safety and purity requirements (e.g. RoHS, DIN, EN)
