Praktikant im Bereich HR-Business Partnering (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf As an intern (m/w/d) in the field of Human Resources, you support HR-Business Partners in advising executives around the employee-life cycle and gain insights into all HR areas. You accompany national and international projects from the concept phase to the implementation (e.g. harmonisation of global HR processes). You carry out the Recruiting process for your:n successor:in and actively shape our Vodafone Spirit. Individual measures are implemented independently (from the hearing of the works council to the order at the shared service center). You help to carry out personal evaluations and statistics.

What distinguishes you: You're either immatricated or just in a Gap Year. You study (economic) psychology, a social or economic science or a comparable discipline with good degree. With first knowledge in the organization and modern HR management, you drive your themes forward. You speak German and English.
