What you can expect here/Your tasks: You accompany our consultants: in transition and change processes, area developments, project consulting and personnel development measures at our locations in Germany You support the consultants: in the design, preparation, execution and refurbishment of our customer projects in personal and virtual settings You get the task of creating/editing presentations, seminar content and workshop documents You carry out conceptual tasks independently You also expect to take over smaller projects and administrative activities

What should you bring/qualifications: You are immatricated:r Student:in the field of psychology, economic psychology, BWL, pedagogy, educational sciences or in a comparable degree course You already have experiences in handling MS Office products (especially PP, Excel and Word) You have your strengths in team and communication skills. We work a lot in the team and place a lot of emphasis on open communication – and that is very often in English You work with executives and employees in the company and should not hesitate to contact Your targeted and self-employed way of working out Self-initiative and self-employment are your strong features Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
