This is how your area of responsibility looks:

• Full support of a defined group of employees to the exit
• Advice from executives and employees in all personnel relevant Questions
• Creation of work contracts, certificates and certificates
• Control and support of recruiting processes
• Working with HR projects (e.g. digitalization, employer branding, Onboarding concepts)
• Support in the development of HR processes and tools

You are:

• A completed commercial training e.g. , Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (m/w/d), HR Business Partner (m/w/d) or comparable advantage
• Good language skills in English, but no need
• Good communication skills and a confident and open appearance
