Projektmanager (m/w/d) Creation of short, medium and long-term forecasts for call/contact volume Analysis of seasonal trends and events with influence on contact Determination of personnel requirements based on forecasts, productivity and SLA requirements Long-term resource planning taking into account holiday periods, training and absences Creation of efficient and fair service plans for internal and, where appropriate, external agents Monitoring of live metrics (e.g. call queue, accessibility) Short-term adaptation of layers, pauses and assignments for plan deviations Creation and interpretation of reports (e.g. Forecast Accuracy, Degree of occupation, Adherence) Identification and implementation of optimization potentials Close cooperation with team leaders, quality management, training and controlling

Complete studies in the field of business management, business informatics or comparable qualifications Experience in workforce management, ideally in the customer center Knowledge of WFM software (e.g. injixo, Genesys WFM, Verint, Teleopti) Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Reliability, independent, targeted and quality-conscious operation organizational design, creativity, willingness to use, service orientation Team and communication skills, flexibility and loadability
