Technical design and implementation of new components in complex application landscapes in the backend Creation of synchronous and asynchronous APIs using different programming languages and frameworks Connection of third-party systems and data integration Implementation of demanding user applications and software components in Java based on Spring Boot and Jakarta EE Designing and integrating AI-based functions and models into existing backend systems Collaboration with AI experts: in order to integrate innovative ML and GenAI technologies into software solutions Self-organization of project-specific release cycles Takeover of operational responsibility for application development in customer projects from the retail, insurance and public sector sectors Management and implementation of projects, together with colleagues from international mgm sites

You bring a completed study in the field of computer science or natural science and professional experience with You have several years of experience in the operation and further development of the entire Lifecycle software You know about common software development tools and languages, especially Java You have experience with other relevant technologies (e.g. Spring or Kubernetes) You have detectable interest or experience with AI technologies (e.g. Machine Learning, GenAI) You want to share your know-how in the company and thus enable a constant cross-project knowledge transfer You can also score points with knowledge of model-driven development You complete your profile with very good German and English skills
