Bring your strengths to business customers in implementation projects of our ITSM suite Analyze and identify requirements for optimizing IT and Enterprise Service Management processes When designing and implementing digitalization and automation, you prove your know-how In cooperation with your colleague, you adapt our solution with creativity and innovative vision to the needs of our business customers With presentations and workshops you accompany our customers in the implementation process

A completed, IT-specific study or comparable training You have several years of experience in IT Service Management The ITIL best practices are familiar to you and you bring an ITIL certification You already have implementation and customizing experience Knowledge in relational databases, data modeling and SQL You bring programming skills (e.g.: a script language) German and good English skills in word and writing Travel readiness completes your profile
