Your new role: ''Our employees first''. Further development, optimization of B2C/B2B processes of polishing, contract analysis and contract management of auto guarantees as well as handling of maintenance contracts. Discipline / or professional leadership for a 10-headed and growing team. Cross-disciplinary project work, locally as well as with the HQ in France in damage management, accounting, IT and sales. Direct reporting to Head of Contract Management as well as cooperation with the HQ departments in France and also automotive and financial services partners.

Your skills Multiannual experience in optimizing and improving contract management administrative processes and telephony in B2C and B2B activities. Industry experiences in the Automotive Insurance and Financial Services segment Mobility Services. Mind. 3 years of professional experience in the direct leadership of an at least 5-member team. Good language and written knowledge of German and English. Advanced MS Office knowledge and in particular Excel applications. Model and open-minded team player in a dynamic growth environment.
