Senior Enterprise Architect (m/f/d)

Strategic architectural work – development and further development of the company-wide IT and target architecture (Enterprise Architecture); deriving architectural roadmaps in accordance with corporate strategy and business development; Definition and enforcement of architectural principles, standards and governance Technology and innovation management – evaluation and selection of new technologies with focus on AI potentials; integration of AI strategies into the overall architecture (e.g. GenAI, Machine Learning): consulting management on technological trends and strategic decisions; Promoting innovation and technological development in the company cooperation and communication – close cooperation with IT services, departments and management; translation of business requirements into sustainable architecture decisions; moderation of architectural boards and decision-making; Coaching as well as professional leadership of architect:internal and development teams

Education – Completed study of computer science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the architectural environment Qualification – Multiannual experience as an enterprise architect with sound knowledge in enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud-based IT landscapes as well as experience in the use of AI technologies, machine learning and their integration in corporate architectures Bonus – expertise in the energy industry or a comparable regulated industry Personality – Strategic thinking, strong communication and moderation capabilities, high self-initiative and innovative readiness; fluent German and good English skills
