Leadership of the team Modernization & Service Own-sponsored project processing with professional and commercial overall responsibility Planning and control of utilisation, productivity and economy Self-employed acquisition and processing and creation of offers and customer requests Project-related leadership and professional guidance of employees in the team Ensuring compliance with safety and customer-specific requirements Expansion and further development of a growing team of engineers and service personnel Central contact (w/m/d) for our customers including personal care Active participation in the management team of the Business Unit Berlin

Completed further education as a technician or master (w/m/d) or a study in the field of electrical engineering Multiannual relevant professional and leadership experience in the electrical industry Detectable experience in the independent project execution in the area of modernization and service of industrial EMSR technology, ideally in the area of Berlin Funded knowledge in the fields of controlling and contract law Secure handling of MS Office and SAP, knowledge in the calculation tool AddOne are advantageous Embossed communication skills, a sovereign and authentic appearance and a high customer orientation Structured and reliable operation combined with a pronounced organizational and planning talent High level of self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking, complemented by team skills and social competence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing A class B licence and a regional readiness to travel
