You are ready to act flexibly and responsibly and to complement a team of executives and to support a wide range of infrastructure technologies for energy supply in an industrial environment with high availability. Management and responsibility of the internal IT/OT area in the operation “Sharing and Infrastructure West” Ensuring the availability and smooth operation of our on-premise IT/OT infrastructure and processes Cooperation in ensuring and developing the information security of a critical infrastructure Leadership and further development of employees with the focus on network infrastructure and data and system integration Contact for strategic process IT topics internally and externally Conception and implementation of IT projects in coordination with relevant departments and service providers

Successfully completed university studies focusing on information and communication technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in managing IT infrastructures and managing employees Expertise in operating IT/OT infrastructures and server rooms (network, server, virtualization) and ideally from SCADA/network control systems Flowing German and good English skills High social competence and excellent communication and motivation skills willingness to deal with the requirements of a rapidly changing energy environment
