Administration, operation and continuous development of on-prem, hybrid and, where appropriate, Cloud-based IT infrastructure (server, network, storage, security, client and terminal server environments) in clinic and administration. Analysis, processing and sustainable remedying of disturbances in the system and network landscape including root analysis, documentation and introduction of preventive measures. Continuous optimization of IT processes, system landscapes and operating processes in the context of change, release and incident management. Participation in the IT architecture: evaluation of existing structures, cooperation in target architectures and selection and introduction of new technologies. Operation and further development of IT monitoring for network components, server systems, data backup and update management. perform and monitor backups as well as regular disaster recovery tests. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, participation in IT strategies and conceptual development of the future IT system landscape. Planning, management and participation in internal IT projects, also in cooperation with specialist departments and external service providers.

Successfully completed training as a professional informant (system integration) or a comparable qualification as well as a well-founded professional experience in a comparable position. Very good knowledge in the field of Windows servers, Linux identifiers and experiences with Hyper-V are of advantage. Knowledge of Fortinet Security components, HPE and Aruba hardware, Veeam backup and data recovery solutions. Understanding hybrid IT infrastructures and interest in the further development of IT architectures and operating processes. Structured, independent and responsible way of working, rapid understanding and a high level of customer, service and solution orientation. Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English, in word and writing.
