Senior Consultant (m/w/d) From now on or by agreement – in full or part-time (from 20 hours)

e.g. Senior Caregiverin, Health Care and Nursein, Child Caregiverin, Ergotherapeutin, Logotherapeutin, Physiotherapeutin, Healing Caregiverin, Educational Scientistin, Social Worker*in and Social Education (m/w/d) As a link between residents, relatives, employees and organisational management, you support the residents to manage their living situation in the nursing home, to promote their own well-being and to develop and shape their own wishes and needs. Design and organize seasonal activities and festivals You provide biography and family work You support and accompany new residents during reconciling phases You serve with us our residents at the highest level You create with us a special atmosphere for feeling well for our residents and a trusted cooperation in the team

You have one of the above-mentioned degrees of study or training, which you qualify as a specialist for social care under the NRW Housing and Participation Act. You are dedicated, team-ready, efficient and keep an overview even in stress situations High sense of responsibility awards you You are interested in intensive interdisciplinary cooperation in the fields of therapy, medicine and care, family work and internship support You have a friendly, facing appearance and know that a smile reaches a heart faster than many words You see the welfare of our residents as your most important task
