Tender & Contract Management Specialist (m/d) Responsible identification, evaluation, processing and delivery of relevant alerts in the healthcare sector Control of the tender process in close cooperation with sales, business operations and internal departments Support and further development of contract customers, framework contracts and GPO contracts Analysis of sales, price and contract data, creation of reports and decision bases for sales and management Optimization of tender and contract management processes including templates and best practices

Studies in the field of business, healthcare or comparable qualifications or relevant professional experience Experience in tendering, procurement or contract management and knowledge in public procurement law Very good Excel knowledge, experience with CRM and ERP systems (ideally Salesforce and M3) as well as high number affinity Analytical, structured and independent working methods with interest in digitization and process optimization Communication strength, organisational skills, team spirit and a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility
