IT Emergency Officer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the design, implementation and further development of IT emergency management according to the BSI standards, which is to be continuously developed into a comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) Together with your team, you can support emergency management tasks and take on information security activities You develop processes, guidelines, action instructions and emergency management regulations (in particular the IT emergency manual), align them with the essential stakeholders and accompany the implementation In addition, you will advise all senior stakeholders and employees on all issues of IT emergency management or BCM You analyse security incidents and vulnerabilities, coordinate their processing and monitor the implementation of the measures adopted

Required University degree (Bachelor or equivalent) of the Department of Computer Science or a comparable field of study or equivalent skills and experience, each with at least 3 years of practical experience in tasks of the enrolled institution at Bachelor level (in public service from EGr. 10, case group 1) as an alternative: completed training to or as a specialist informant, system informant, IT system clerk, IT system encoder or equivalent skills and experience, each with 5 years of relevant professional experience in tasks of the enrolled job, of which at least 3 years of practical experience in tasks of the enrolled job at Bachelor level (in public service from EGr. 10, case group 1) safe result of a safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG) Mastery of the German language in Word and Writing (Level C1 of the GER) Advantages very good knowledge of the current standards in information security and IT emergency management (ISO/IEC 2700x series, BSI-IT basic protection) Certification in the field of IT security or emergency management (e.g. BSI-IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001 BCM) Experience in building emergency management independent, structured and targeted functioning as well as high reliability and sense of responsibility, even in crisis situations analytical and creative thinking combined with strong communication and enforcement
