Full-time tax specialist / tax clerk (m/f/d)

The Friede Bauzentrum is a modern and powerful company in building materials and construction industry. In order to strengthen our commercial department, we are looking for a dedicated tax specialist (m/w/d) in full time at the next possible time. In this position you support the internal financial and accounting of our company. You do not serve external clients, but work closely with the management, accounting and our tax advisors and contribute significantly to the proper handling of tax and commercial processes.

Processing of current financial accounting

Support for the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts

Preparation and voting of tax-relevant facts

Processing of debitor, creditor and asset accounting

Creation and evaluation of economic indicators and reports

Monitoring and voting of accounts

Participation in liquidity and budget planning

Preparation of documents for tax advisors, auditors and authorities

Support for tax issues and audits

Care and development of digital accounting processes

Creation and maintenance of process documentation

General commercial administrative tasks in financial and accounting

Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, accounting or taxation

Good knowledge of tax law and business accounting

Safe handling of DATEV

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Structured, careful and self-responsible operation
